You can erase everything we hold about your readings at any time. Nothing is asked of you except the way to find your readings.

From the app

Open the FaceShastra app → Settings → Delete my data. This removes, immediately and for every reading made from that phone: your name, email address, marked portrait, the reading itself and any advertising identifiers, and unsubscribes you from every email. If you bought a reading, the purchase record (order id, amount, date) is retained for tax and accounting law with nothing in it that identifies you.

Without the app

Email success@FaceShastra.com with the subject Delete my data from the address you used, or tell us the name printed on your reading. We erase within seven days and confirm by reply. You may also ask for a copy of what we hold before it is deleted.

What we keep and why

Only what the law requires: for a paid reading, the order id, the amount and the date of purchase, for the period required by Indian tax law. See our privacy notice.
